One of the most crucial decisions in life is what we do with the time while we're on this earth. It relates positively or negatively to everything we do. When talking to my clients or when I'm out and about and bumping into people daily, nearly every time during our talk health & fitness usually finds its way into the conversation. No, I rarely bring up the topic, they usually do LOL.
One of the most common reasons they express for not exercising is that they don't have time in their busy life. See, time is the most important commodity we have, and how we use it is extremely important. So, yes, I agree that the average person today doesn't have much time to exercise when based upon using the outdated method of thinking pertaining to training theories such as performing 3 sets of 3 exercises for every body part.
There are many exercise programs today that you can implement that only take up about 15-30 minutes of your time 2-4 times a week and is by far very effective and will give you the health & fitness benefits your body requires reaching your health & fitness goals. And yes, I am disagreeing with many in the fitness industry saying you need 60-90 minutes a day 5-6 days a week. If you go by that standard, most people definitely WILL NOT WORKOUT because of the lack of time. And even IF I was wrong, which I'M NOT, some exercise would be far more beneficial than none.
So, now you know you can do it with much less of an investment of your precious time. So, make it happen!
